Meet Our Doctors

Timothy J. Bell, D.O.

Dr. Bell has been providing exceptional obstetric and gynecologic care since 1990. He earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City and completed his residency at Metropolitan Medical Center in St. Louis.

Dr. Bell is Board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. In addition, he volunteers with the Crisis Intervention Center, serving as Medical Director of the Sexual Assault Program.

Dr. Bell has been married for 34 years and is the proud parent of five children: Sarah, Jennifer, Chris, Molly and Stephen. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, farming and cooking.

Melissa C. Rainwater, M.D.

Dr. Rainwater is Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received a B.S. in Physical Therapy at the University of Oklahoma and earned a medical degree from the University of Arkansas Medical School. She went on the complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Medical School in San Antonio in 2000.

Dr. Rainwater is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She has four active children involved in sports and enjoys attending their activities. Dr. Rainwater also enjoys attending Community Bible Church.

Casey E. Laws, D.O.

Dr. Laws has been in practice since 1999. He graduated from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994 and completed his residency at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. His interests are in pelvis reconstruction and female urinary incontinence.

Dr. Laws is Board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also a member of the American Medical Society, American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons.

In his leisure time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and traveling.

 

Kathleen Street, D.O.

Dr. Street joined our practice in August of 2015. An esteemed member of the medical community, Dr. Street attended medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida before completing an internship and residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.

She is an active member in many leading medical organizations, including the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Osteopathic Association.

Away from the office, Dr. Street enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

 

JeanMarie Householder, M.D.

Dr. Householder has been providing obstetrical and gynecological care to women in the area since 2002. She earned her doctorate in medicine from West Virginia University School of Medicine, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology from The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in West Reading, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Householder has been board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2004. While she enjoys the broad scope of practice that general obstetrics and gynecology affords, she has particular interest in critical care OB, twin vaginal delivery, advanced robotic assisted surgery, and pelvic organ prolapse surgery.

Dr. Householder is looking forward to continuing her practice in the River Valley with the fine physician’s and staff at Eastside.
